Instructions

1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or over the stovetop in a pot. 
2. Add the coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and raspberries to a blender. Then, pour in the melted chocolate and blend until smooth. 
3. Pour the mousse into mini mason jars for single servings or one big bowl. Cover and set in the fridge to thicken. Top with extra chocolate pieces or raspberries if desired before serving.
