A two-ingredient Halloween snack that's quick, easy, and a hit with kids. These berry ghosts are sweet and a little tart, perfect for lunchboxes. Fresh blueberries are recommended for the best texture.
1. Line up approximately 11 blueberries per ghost on a baking sheet or cutting board to form your ghost shapes.
2. Melt white chocolate and drizzle it on top of the blueberries, covering them completely while leaving the edges exposed to maintain the ghost shape.
3. Add candy eyes on top of the white chocolate while it's still wet.
4. Place the ghosts in the fridge to set, then enjoy!
