Add this PEACHES AND CREAM TRIFLE DISH to your list of must-make summery desserts. I made this for my birthday and I’m obsessed. Contrary to how it may look, this dish is actually easy to make plus it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
1. Slice the peaches and caramelize them over medium heat in butter, cinnamon and coconut sugar for about 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and cool for a few.
3. Cut the cake into 1 inch squares and set aside.
4. Layer the peaches, cool whip and cake in a trifle dish and serve! (Store leftovers in fridge!)
