Ingredients: 16 ounces gluten-free penne, uncooked; 2 cups frozen broccoli florets; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 cup shredded gruyere or mozzarella works (leave 1/2 cup for topping); 2 cups broth of choice (chicken or veggie I usually use); 1 cup milk of choice; Sea salt and black pepper to taste

This Broccoli Pasta Bake is one of the easiest dinner recipes to make. Add the ingredients to a baking dish and cook until ready, no boiling of the noodles needed and it’s gluten free-friendly.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and take out an 9&#215;13 baking dish

Add all of the ingredients and mix well

Cover with foil and bake in oven for 35-40 minutes then remove foil, sprinkle extra cheese on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes. I like to broil for about 30 seconds to 1 minute too to get the top crispy!

Remove from oven and serve while warm!
