Crunchy, sweet, and a little salty matzo bark made with just 4 ingredients: layers of peanut butter, jelly, and chocolate on matzo. Perfect for Passover or as an easy dessert/snack.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Arrange matzo sheets, cutting and piecing them together as necessary to fill the pan.
3. Spread the peanut butter evenly across the sheets of matzo, followed by the jelly.
4. Add to oven to bake for 10 minutes then remove.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips across the matzo.
6. Add back to oven to warm for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat and spread the melted chocolate across so it coats the peanut butter/jelly layer.
7. Next, add the baking sheet to the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
8. Remove from fridge, break into pieces and enjoy!
