Make your own 'Uncrustables' for a toddler-friendly lunch using your favorite bread, nut or seed butter, and jam. Perfect for lunchboxes and can be prepped the night before.
Take your go-to sandwich bread. Smear some nut or seed butter (such as sunflower butter to make it school-friendly) on one slice. Add jam (like chia seed jam) on top of the butter or on a separate slice. Place the two slices together to form a sandwich. Use a sandwich sealer to press and seal the edges, removing the crusts to create an 'Uncrustable'. You can prep these the night before and store them in the fridge.
