CRISPY CHICKEN THIGHS! one of my favorites to food prep for the week👌🏻i used to think it was an art form making chicken not taste dry. and i thought you needed a grill to get the chicken extra crispy and charred but here’s how we make them and they turn out SO GOOD👏🏻

Instructions

1. heat a cast iron skillet on medium/high heat and preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. add chicken to a bowl and drizzle olive oil on top
3. mix together the spices and lemon juice in a bowl then pour on top of the chicken to evenly coat
4. place chicken skin side down on skillet to cook 1-2 minutes
5. flip and cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes
6. transfer to oven and cook for 30 minutes or until ready
