Cheesy White Pizza Pasta (Under 10 Minutes)
5 mins prepServes 2
Inspired by a white pizza pie, this pasta dish combines sautéed spinach, artichokes, and garlic with spaghetti, finished with olive oil, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes for a quick and cheesy meal. Made in less than 10 minutes!
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add spinach and drained artichoke hearts to the pan. Sauté until spinach is wilted and artichokes are heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the spinach and artichoke mixture. Toss to combine.
5. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle generously with fresh Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Toss again and serve immediately.
