Barbecue Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

1. marinate the pork in lime juice, hot sauce and spices (can be a couple hours before or a few min!)
2. begin preparing the salsa by adding all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well
3. heat the grill on medium to medium high and add each piece of pork to the grill to cook for about 5 minutes on each side until it’s grilled to about 145-160 degrees F (we used meat thermometer)
4. remove from grill and slice into thin pieces and add to tortillas with salsa and enjoy! *we charred the tortillas on the grill too!
