Make this no sugar added fruit dessert at home this summer using the KitchenAid Shave Ice Attachment. This recipe is great for you and for kids, or can be made into a Shave Ice cocktail with added liquor.
1. Cut watermelon and add it into a blender and blend until liquid.
2. Strain the watermelon pulp and add fresh lime juice to the watermelon juice.
3. Pour watermelon lime water into KitchenAid Shave Ice cups to freeze overnight.
4. Attach the Shave Ice Attachment to a KitchenAid stand mixer and place one frozen puree block inside.
5. Place a bowl underneath the attachment and turn the power setting to 10 to fill the bowl and enjoy!
